How to Use the Recipe Cost Calculator

1. Enter the name of your ingredient.
2. Enter the total cost for that ingredient.
3. Select the unit of measurement (e.g., grams, liters, kilos).
4. Enter the quantity you got for that price.



This lets us calculate the cost per unit (gram, liter, or kilo) for each ingredient.



5. Enter the amount you used in your recipe.
6. Select the matching measurement to subtract from your purchased amount.
7. Select calculate cost.
